Joann's fabric had a 50% off sale on all of their home decor fabric. I had been wanting to make curtains for our kitchen for the longest time. So I bought about 10 yards of fabric to make 5 panels for our kitchen. I cut out all the fabric and was ready to sew and my machine wasn't working, annoying. So I went over to my parents house on Tuesday night and worked for about 5 1/2 hours straight to finish the curtains. I must say that I really am pleased with myself, who knows maybe I start a show someday, "Sewing with Jen".

Those are so cute! Can you teach me to sew? I need some for our bedroom. You're right...it's been WAY too long.
