Well, it has been a few weeks since my last entry. We came home from Portland on New Years Eve and rang in the New Year with our good friends, the Burnetts. We had been up in Portland for about two weeks. We had a great time with family and friends, but we were ready to come home, sleep in our own bed and get Madilyn back into her routine. Anton started back up at work and school on Monday. He is taking 12 credits this term, which is a huge break from the credit load he usually has. He is taking Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Yoga, a Geology class and an Air Force class. Don't worry we do not plan on going into the military. He just needed a one credit class and it was open. It is supposed to teach you about various air crafts and the history of air craft. He has always had an interest in planes and flying so hopefully he will enjoy the class. I have been keeping busy with Madilyn. She is getting bigger and heavier every day it seems. She is really enjoying trying new foods. I am trying to get her to try various tastes and textures. I am trying really hard to not be too paranoid with her eating thicker and chunkier foods. Any little cough she makes I start to freak out a little bit and go in panic mode thinking she is about to choke. This is the first school term in about 7 years where I haven't been taking at least one class or been feeling guilty that I am not taking any classes. Although I am fairly close to finishing my degree, I feel no need to finish it any time soon. People tell me that I should finish it now, all I need is the piece of paper. I figure, if I finish it now it will do me no good because I don't plan on working or using my degree. When I do decide to go back to school I will hopefully know exactly what I want to get my degree in and it will be more current and usable. Of course I wish I would have finished my degree in the 4-5 years that it takes most people, but should've, would've, could've.

thats ok, everyone who goes to college can work at their own pace. you have a wonderful family! (LUCKY!) so don't stress too much over not having a degree.
Anton....OMG i loved geology. I took an ocean one...SUPER EASY/NERDY FUN! and then i took a volcano one...i would describe it as less fun....but equally nerdy. and yoga....i loved taking yoga at OSU, it was so nice to practically sleep and get one credit. enjoy the rest of your....fun?....classes!
if you seriously like planes...and stuff you should go to the Evergreen Aviation Museum in my hometown McMinnville.
Love, Ana
