This is to announce the inception of our new blog. This will hopefully keep everyone or anyone who cares updated on the ongoings of our fun and exciting life as parents and college students.
This is a picture of us at a Halloween party we went to on the 27th of October. I went as Stacey London from TLC's What Not to Wear. I wanted Anton to go as Clinton Kelly, but he wouldn't. So instead of going as a gay man with awesome fashion sense he decided to go drag as Judge Judy. Madilyn was a butterfly. I would have to say that she is the cutest butterfly I have ever seen! This was a last minute costume for her since she got too big for our original costume which was a pea pod. Madilyn is now 6 months old and is a very happy baby. She is embarking on the exciting and fun world of solid foods. Her favorite so far is applesauce. Anton had an interview with OHSU Dental School on October 26th. He and another girl were the second and third interviews. He felt that the interview went really well. We will hopefully hear from OHSU as soon as December 1st. He has another interview scheduled in Arizona on December 12th. I have been keeping busy with Madilyn and my one Psychology class. I enjoy her more and more each day. I hope that this blog will be a good way to keep in touch and to keep everyone updated.

Welcome to the world of blogging! It is fun and addicting! I am constantly thinking of events to post on it. Madilyn is adorable...can't wait to see her for Thanksgiving. Noah loves applesauce too, I try to trick him by adding it to the rice cereal but he figures it out. Congrats on Anton's interview.

We are conducting a paid NATIONWIDE online research project with people training to enter healthcare professions. We're paying $75 to qualified participants for 20-25 minutes of their time. Here's what we still need to complete the research:
•We need male and female Sophomore, Junior, and Senior pre-dental undergrads who plan to apply to medical or dental school or have already done so
•We need male and female First and Second Year Dental school students
•We need all MALES who are currently enrolled in nursing school
If you qualify to participate, you will be paid $75 to complete an online survey about career choices in the dental, medical, and nursing professions. At the end of the survey, you will be asked where you would like your compensation check to be mailed. Participant's responses and identities will, of course, be kept strictly confidential. Only group findings will be reported. Please be assured that no participants will be contacted by anyone as a result of participating in this survey.
The survey will only take about 20-25 minutes to complete online. We first need to talk with you briefly to screen you and to obtain your email address sothat we can send a link and an access code to enter the survey.
